ERISA Recovery partnered with Jefferson Health in late 2023. The immediate goal was to find significant revenue from denied and aged claims in a short period of time. Reports began coming in during late November 2023 and after only 2 full months of working together, ERISA was able to find and appeal over $1.2 million in winnings for Jefferson. After seeing the immediate impact, Jefferson increased the relationship by sharing more data and reports with ERISA. The result after 21 full months is over $12 million in recoveries with over $10 million in the pipeline. In May 2024, Jefferson Health and Lehigh Valley Health Network announced a merger that would place them in the top 15 not-for-profit health systems in the US. Upon closing, the integrated system will operate 30 hospitals and more than 700 sites of care.
